Prasun Roy Chowdhury is an Entrepreneur, Technology Leader, Innovator and Director of Futureware Pty Ltd, Australia, with more than two decades of international experience across enterprise technology, digital transformation and technology-enabled innovation.

His expertise spans enterprise technology ecosystems including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other large-scale digital platforms. He has extensive experience across enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, cloud technologies, systems integration, data transformation, cybersecurity, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and intelligent automation.

Prasun has a strong interest and growing focus on Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-enabled digital products and intelligent automation. He is particularly interested in how AI can be combined with enterprise technology, digital platforms and new business models to create scalable products, improve customer experiences and solve real-world problems.

Over the course of his international career, Prasun has contributed to complex technology and digital transformation initiatives across Government, Utilities, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Banking & Financial Services, Telecommunications and other sectors. His experience spans Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and India, providing him with a broad global perspective on technology, innovation and digital business transformation.

Prasun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a major in Computer Science. His executive education includes an Entrepreneurship program from Harvard Business School and an Executive Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad).

Beyond technology and entrepreneurship, Prasun has a longstanding interest in public speaking, quizzing, writing and the creative arts. Growing up in Siliguri, India, he developed these interests from an early age. His earlier creative journey included acting, writing, directing and stage performance, including The Illusionist, listed on IMDb.

These diverse experiences have shaped his continuing interests in technology, entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, communication, storytelling and creativity.

Prasun is also actively involved in social initiatives and maintains a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship and technology-enabled innovation.
